Importing BQFilter files manually into ConQuest

IMPORTANT NOTE: The files output by BQFilter are compatible with the popular ConQuest Estimating software but it is a 'third party' utility so if you have any problems with its use contact NOT ConQuest Ltd. You can find out more about ConQuest from their website http://www.conquest.ltd.uk

Copying items within ConQuest

In this example we will call our (temporary) new project and the subsection within it 'BILL'

This is the main ConQuest menu. The submenu for copying items is under 'Estimating'.

Software

Choose copy items according to 'Range'.

Choose project 'BILL' and press the 'Select' button.

Choose the (only) subsection 'BILL' and press the 'Select' button.

Choose the first item to start copying FROM and press 'Select'.

Then click on 'End' then 'Select' to choose the last item to copy TO.

Check all the boxes on the 'Copy Items' list and click on OK.

Next, choose the project to copy the BQ items to.

If you haven't already done so, click on the 'Add' button to add a subsection in your current project to take the new quantities. Then choose it and click on the 'Select' key.

Click 'Yes' to confirm the copy into a new blank bill. That completes the copying procedure.
